TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Reservations & Payments
An advance payment of $500.00 per person is due within 7 days of confirmation of your arrangements. Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure. It you book within 60 days of departure, the entire cost of your tour is due upon confirmation of your arrangements. Final documents are generally sent between 14-21 days prior to departure, provided full payment has been received.

Late Bookings & Changes
If you book within 40 days of departure, a nonrefundable "rush fee" of $50.00 per person will be assessed. Once your tour is confirmed, any changes you make 40 days or more prior to departure, are subject to a $50.00 per person change fee. Changes made at 39 days or less before departure will be assessed actual penalties imposed on us by our suppliers, plus a $100.00 per person change fee.

Cancellations
Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to departure will be subject to a $250.00 per person administrative fee plus any fees imposed by suppliers; cancellations received 59-36 days prior to departure forfeit 25% of the total tour cost plus any excess fees imposed by suppliers; cancellations between 35-16 days prior to departure forfeit 50% of the total tour cost plus any excess fees imposed by suppliers; cancellations 15 days or less prior to departure will forfeit 100% of the tour cost. If you cancel any portion of the tour while in progress, there is no refund for unused services.
