Departure Saturday
ø From JFK Airport in New York City at 10:50 pm for overnight flight to Johannesburg.

Day 01 Sunday: Johannesburg
ø Morning arrival in Johannesburg at 6:55am and check-in at your hotel. After, spend a leisurely morning adjusting to the time change and climate.
ø Lunch in the city. Afternoon visit to Gold Reef City and into it's famed gold mine. Relax here for the afternoon before dinner in Johannesburg, where you spend the night.

Day 02 Monday: Cape Town
ø 8:00am morning flight for Cape Town, arriving at 10:15am. Settle into your hotel on the Victoria & Albert Waterfront and lunch.
ø Afternoon tour of Cape Town and stroll along the Victoria & Albert Waterfront visiting boutiques and flea markets.
ø Dinner and overnight in Cape Town.

Day 03 Tuesday: Cape Town - Cape Peninsula
ø Morning departure for driving tour of the Cape Peninsula, stopping at Simonstown to visit the colony of Jackass Penguins. En route to the Cape of Good Hope view local wildlife such as the Chacma Baboon. Seaside lunch at Camel rock.
ø Afternoon visit to the Cape Point Ostrich Farm and view spectacular scenery on the Peninsula Coast, arriving at Cape of Good Hope mid-afternoon.
ø Return drive to Cape Town and optional tour "Cape Town by Night" visiting jazz club or disco. Overnight in Cape Town.

Day 04 Wednesday: Cape Town - Cape Wine Region
ø Morning drive to wine regions of Franschoek, Stellenbosch and Paarl for beautiful scenery and wine tasting at several vineyards.
ø Traditional Malay Buffet Lunch at the Spier Wine Estate in Stellenbosch.
ø Evening return to Cape Town with relaxation or night on the town. Dinner and overnight.

Day 05 Thursday: Cape Town - The Garden Route
ø Morning drive east from Cape Town, tour the picturesque countryside en route to Klein Karoo Wine Region and Oudtshoorn, visiting the Victorian village of De Rust before lunch in Oudtshoorn. De Rust is home to the rare pelargoniums and the source of all the world's geraniums. 
ø Afternoon visit to Cango Caves, one of the world's great cave systems, followed by a visit to Cango Crocodile Aranch and Cheetahland for close-up views of crocs and cats.
ø Late afternoon drive south to the coastal towns of George, Mossel Bay and the seaside village of Albertina on the return drive to Cape Town for dinner and overnight.

Day 06 Friday: Cape Town - Table Mountain
ø Morning cable car ride to the top of Table Mountain and spectacular views of Cape Town and the Peninsula.
ø Lunch in Cape Town followed by a city tour encompassing architecture, museums and the Malay Quarter.
ø Late afternoon tea with Malay pastries on the terrace of the Noon Gun Restaurant overlooking the city.
ø Dinner and overnight in Cape Town.

Day 07 Saturday: Johannesburg - Kruger Park
ø Early morning departure at 6:45am flight to Johannesburg, arriving at 8:40am.
ø Transfer to vehicle for drive north to Kruger Park and check-in at private lodge and lunch.
ø Leisurely drive in Kruger Park for game viewing. Dinner and overnight at lodge.

Day 08 Sunday: Kruger Park - Private Reserve
ø Early morning Game Drive followed by breakfast and leisure.
ø Lunch at the lodge. Afternoon game drive to view rhinos, elephants, buffalo, cheetah and other wildlife.
ø Dinner and overnight at private lodge.

Day 09 Monday: Kruger Park - Blyde River Canyon
ø Early morning game drive on the private reserve followed by breakfast and checkout. Mid-morning drive to Blyde River Canyon, arriving at noon for transfer to hotel at Glaskop and lunch.
ø Afternoon driving tour of magnificent Blyde River Canyon with views of the lowveld and God's Window.
ø Evening return to Graskop for dinner and overnight.

Day 10 Tuesday: Sabie - Johannesburg
ø Morning drive south to Sabie stopping to see Bridal Veil Falls. Continue drive through Gustave Klingbiel Game Reserve stopping in Lydenburg for lunch.
ø Early afternoon return to Johannesburg. Late afternoon light dinner and transfer for departure for 8:00pm return overnight flight to New York.

Arrival in New York
ø Arrive on Wednesday, JFK airport, New York City at 7:00am for onward connecting flight home.
